Do you charge surge pricing?+

How far in advance should I book?+
For airport pickups and standard rides we recommend at least 4 hours in advance so your chauffeur can be pre-staged. Same-day and last-minute requests are still welcome — call our 24/7 dispatch and we'll do our best to accommodate.
What's included in the price?+
Every fare includes meet-and-greet, live flight tracking, complimentary wait time (60 minutes at the airport, 15 minutes elsewhere), tolls, gratuity and taxes. What you're quoted is what you pay.
Do you offer hourly chauffeur service?+
Yes. Our hourly service has a 2-hour minimum and a single flat hourly rate that includes waiting time, mileage within reason, tolls and gratuity. Available in a luxury sedan or Cadillac Escalade ESV.
