1. Information We Collect

To reserve, deliver and confirm your ride, we collect:

• Booking details: pickup and drop-off addresses, date, time, vehicle choice, passenger count, flight number, special requests.
• Contact details: full name, email address, phone number.
• Partially completed forms: if you begin a booking or corporate inquiry and stop, the information you have entered may be retained on our servers so we can follow up or improve the form.
• Payment information: processed directly by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers — Stripe returns only a transaction ID, the last four digits of your card and a receipt URL.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referrer, and standard analytics events used to secure and improve the site.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To dispatch your chauffeur and complete the ride you booked.
• To send booking confirmations, receipts, service reminders and reservation changes.
• To respond to inquiries submitted through the site (including corporate account requests).
• To detect fraud, prevent abuse and keep the site and drivers safe.
• To comply with California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) recordkeeping requirements.

We never sell rider data. We never use rider data to target advertising to you.

3. Who We Share Data With

• Chauffeurs: your name, phone, pickup / drop-off and flight number, so they can locate and greet you.
• Stripe (payment processor): billing details you enter at checkout.
• Google Maps: pickup and drop-off addresses used to generate routes and quotes.
• Email delivery infrastructure: to send booking confirmations and receipts.
• Law enforcement: only when compelled by a valid subpoena or court order.

4. Data Retention

Booking and payment records are retained for at least three (3) years to comply with CPUC and IRS recordkeeping rules. Partial booking data older than 90 days is purged automatically. You may request earlier deletion using the contact details below, subject to any legal retention requirement.

5. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have collected about you and how it is used.
• Request a copy of that information in a portable format.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention.
• Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — we do neither.
• Be free from retaliation for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise a CCPA right, email info@vipblackcarla.com with the subject "CCPA Request". We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days.

6. Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep sessions active and remember booking widget entries. We also use privacy-friendly analytics to count page views and measure site performance. No third-party advertising cookies are set by us.

7. Security

Data is transmitted over TLS/HTTPS and stored on managed cloud infrastructure protected by industry-standard access controls. Payments are handled entirely on Stripe's PCI-DSS certified infrastructure.

8. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. A parent or guardian booking travel for a minor may of course provide the passenger's name.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date.
